I'm havin' fish tonight!

My brother-in-law, Kevin gave Keira some fish that he caught and I didn't have any idea how to cook it. And to be honest, I didn't even know what kind of fish it was. So, it turns out it was trout. Then, Kevin invited us over to his and Lisa's house to cook and eat the trout. Being the uncle that he is, Kevin showed Keira how to prepare the fish starting with removing the skin and tail. Of course, she had a blast playing with the fillets.
